With the Right To Continue Take Back Program the resort takes the title back and allows the right to continue to keep using the Wyndham or Worldmark travel & exchange services for 3 years time without having to pay a maintenance fee.

Only Wyndham or Worldmark owners who have their timeshare paid in full and maintenance fees up to date are qualified to use the Wyndham Right To Continue program to give back their timeshare.

Is There An Alternative? Yes! Rent It Out Instead!

The alternative to using the Wyndham right to continue program is to rent your timeshare out to generate income instead.

If you rent your timeshare out instead of using the Wyndham right to continue program, you can keep using your timeshare and still afford to pay your maintenance fees!
