Wyndham Limited Edition Program | Timeshare Deed Take Back
The Wyndham Limited Edition Program is a timeshare deed take back or deed give back solution for Wyndham and Worldmark owners through the Ovation program.
The Limited Edition program was created to give Wyndham and Worldmark owners a safe way to get out of their timeshare legally and give back their deed.
With the Wyndham Limited Edition program, the resort takes the timeshare deed back and allows Wyndham and Worldmark members three years access to their resorts after they give their timeshare deed back.
With the Wyndham Limited Edition program there are no additional costs using the take back option and no obligation to paying any maintenance fees whatsoever for either Worldmark or Wyndham ownership.
Eligibility: Who Can Use This Give Back Solution?
In order to be eligible to participate in Wyndham's Limited Edition deed take back program, timeshare contracts must be owned for a minimum of one year. All Wyndham or Worldmark contracts must be paid in full to use Wyndham Limited Edition, and maintenance fees must be up to date.
Any accounts that are past due or not up to date on maintenance fees are not eligible to use the Wyndham Limited Edition program. Biennial and Resale contracts are also not eligible for the Wyndham Limited Edition deed take back program.
With the Wyndham Limited Edition program owners relinquish ownership of their deed and are free of all future obligations, but whether using the Limited Edition program to give back your timeshare is the best option depends on your unique situation.
Another option aside from the Wyndham Limited Edition program through Ovation is to rent your timeshare out to other people on the years you don't use it to cover your maintenance fees so that you can keep on using it whenever you wish.
