In short, a timeshare is a home away from home and offers many of the same benefits of owning your own luxurious vacation home including many of the same amenities that a hotel or motel would not have.

This is especially true if you and your family are looking to enjoy a nice vacation, but still want many of the same experiences you would have in the comfort of your own home.

The Best Part Of OwnershipThe best part of owning a timeshare versus staying at a hotel or motel is after you are done enjoying the benefits, most allow you then get to pass it on to your children. That is something you simply cannot do with hotels or motels.
Then, on the years you don't use it you can use a property management company to help you with getting something back on your investment rather than it going to waste.
Thus in our opinion with all of these benefits a timeshare includes more pros than cons vs a hotel or motel, but the key is buying it right, and how one uses it.
